WHAT MAKES OUR MOSTLY ANGUS BEEF SO GOOD FOR YOU?

On Misty Meadow Farm

Our pastures contain more than grass. Our beef are raised on a variety of forages. A diet of nutritional greens add in making healthy quality beef. Legumes and forages do not grow in crowded feed lots. They're seldom found even in the "organic beef" feed lots.

Rotational grazing helps keep our beef healthy. This means we take the time to move the cows around to fresh forage during the growing season, sometimes daily. It's like feeding them
a fresh salad every day.

We grow and harvest our own hay, which contains clover as well as other nutritional forages ensuring that our cows receive a high quality pesticide free forage.

In the end you'll enjoy beef that's nutritious and tastes like beef should, without the harmful growth hormones, antibiotics or chemicals. Food the way God intended it to be!

Currently, our Black Angus beef is for sale at $1.75 lb. hanging weight, plus the cut and wrap, this averages about .43 to .45 cents per pound.
